The Senior Market Access Manager position is a new role within the DACH region Market Access unit focusing on leading Market Access activities (including launch planning) for the Austria and Switzerland markets to optimise access and reimbursement for the company’s products in these countries.
Primarily, the focus of the job will be to develop excellent payer relationships and engagement with key policy makers, health insurers and other stakeholders, creating an optimal environment for an upcoming product launch and continued access and reimbursement for the company’s product portfolio.
Market Access:
In addition to leading strategy, the Senior Manager will also be responsible for leading the development of market access deliverables including value dossiers and adapting value propositions for local markets.
Pricing:
Supporting pricing strategy and value-based contracting as well as analysing pricing data and undertaking external Reference Pricing will be important parts of the role.
Requirements:
Applicants should have a degree in health policy, health economics or a similar subject plus relevant Market Access and Pricing experience within the Diabetes sector. An excellent working knowledge of the Austrian and Swiss healthcare markets including experience of engaging with national authorities and stakeholders is also vital.
