The new Senior Market Access Manager will be responsible for developing and leading effective strategies to optimise payer engagement, market access and reimbursement for several international distributor markets including leadership of tenders as required.
Applicants must have previous experience of tendering and reimbursement processes for Medical Device products at an international level, be able to demonstrate a good level of understanding of relevant policy challenges / opportunities and be confident building and maintaining positive relationships with relevant stakeholders, payers and patient groups.
The new Senior Manager will be a key part of the international Market Access team and there will be regular opportunities for travel, engagement with senior company leadership and ongoing cross-functional working with HEOR, Pricing, Medical, Clinical and commercial colleagues at country and international level.
Experience within the devices / medtech sector is important and applicants must have a detailed understanding of health insurance systems, price negotiations, tenders / contracting and reimbursement pathways for multiple international markets. Relevant training (ideally to at least BSc level) in a life science subject and additional training in health economics, health policy or a similar subject is also important.
