Senior HEOR & Market Access Manager (Medical Device), Germany

• Location: Germany (Fully remote or hybrid structure with some office attendance available)
• Salary: €120k-€150k plus benefits package

This is a new job within the European Market Access team of a global medical device company which I have worked with for several years. Due to consistent growth, the company wants to recruit a new team member based in Germany who will support the development of Health Economic evidence and lead reimbursement / Market Access submissions and applications for the German market.

Responsibilities will include:

• Generation and analysis of health economics data, economic models and HEOR tools
• Reimbursement and Access submission / application leadership for the German market including managing relationships with relevant stakeholders
• Implementing Market Access strategies to optimise pricing and patient access for the German market

Experience required:

Health Economics training and experience within the medical device sector is vital and applicants must also have a detailed understanding of the German healthcare market including government / policy requirements for medical devices. Previous Market Access / Reimbursement strategy experience, value demonstration, value dossier and value communication experience is also important.

Fluency in German and English is also essential as this role will be part of an international Market Access business unit.
