This is a new, temporary contract position based within the UK office of a major Global Pharmaceutical company. The RWE expert will be primarily responsible for working on a collaborative study with an external academic research group to grow a pre-existing registry within a rare disease space.
Key tasks will include; writing study concepts, study protocols, developing statistical analysis plans, reporting against milestones and engaging with local study teams. Additionally, the Contractor will work closely with external vendors and medical experts for on-going RWE projects, liaising with internal statistical teams and RWE analysts to ensure efficient project delivery.
Applicants must have previous experience within RWE project delivery, ideally within another pharmaceutical company and, ideally, PhD level training within epidemiology or outcomes research alongside extensive experience of working on collaborative studies. Experience in the rare disease space is preferred but not essential.
