This is a team management and project leadership position within the Health Economics and Market Access business unit of a large, global organisation. The Director will take on responsibility for leading multiple HEOR / Health Economics projects, managing client relationships, managing team members and project teams, contributing to business development activities and revenue generation strategies.
The company’s project portfolio is broad and will include:
HEOR Model development, payer / stakeholder insight, value proposition development, HTA and market access strategy.
Experience required:
- An MSc degree (or equivalent) in Health Economics or a similar subject is required and applicants must have proven skills and experience of delivering health economic modelling projects and be comfortable working with some/all of the following: Excel, SAS, Python, R.
- Extensive experience within the Market Access and HEOR field, including HTA, is essential and consulting company experience is preferred. Although candidates with relevant training, skills and experience from pharma, biotech or HTA focused academic / public sector organisations are also welcomed to apply.
- In addition to the technical skills above, applicants must have good commercial strategy and client engagement skills including a track record of building business relationships, project management and project proposal development.
