  • Location: Remote within the UK - Regular travel (UK and international) will be a key part of the role

This is a brand new position within a well-established Market Access and HEOR Consulting business which has an international client base, a strong reputation and ambitious growth plans. The new Head of Business Development is a key role and will be well remunerated with a strong package including equity.

The main focus of the role will be to identify, approach and secure new business from international clients for whom the company’s broad range of Market Access, HTA and Health Economics services are relevant. With support from junior colleagues and the company leadership team, the Head of Business Development will be give a high degree of autonomy to devise and execute successful business development, client attraction and account management strategies to support the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Applicants must have substantial business development and/or sales experience and, ideally, existing Market Access / HEOR sector knowledge (although candidates with wider life sciences consulting services experience are also welcomed to apply.) In addition, international market knowledge is important and the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the ability to build relationships with international clients.
