Associate Director; Payer Research & Market Access

• Company: Privately owned Pricing & Market Access consultancy with a great reputation, excellent employee retention and consistent annual growth
• Salary: Up to £110k plus benefits package including 26 days holiday (+ additional days for each year of service), personal annual training budget, gym membership, pension and private healthcare
• Location: Flexible. 1 day per week in London office preferred but fortnightly visits will be considered (37.5 hour working week)
• Responsibilities: Senior Client leadership and Project Management plus line management of Consultant / Principal Consultant colleagues

Due to sustained growth, a new leadership position has been created within a well-established Market Access and Pricing consultancy which delivers Global projects for Pharma, Biotech and MedTech clients. Projects are varied but regularly include:
- Market Access / launch strategy, TPP testing, Pricing / Reimbursement planning, payer research, policy and regulation updates and clinical landscaping.

The new Associate Director will be part of the company leadership team and hold responsibility for managing client relationships, overseeing major projects, ensuring high quality deliverables and research and supporting Principal and Senior Consultant colleagues.

Previous project / client leadership experience within the payer research, market access and/or pricing/reimbursement strategy consulting sector is essential and applicants must be able to demonstrate a detailed understanding of client requirements and expectations as well as excellent presentation and project management skills.
