I am pleased to be supporting a company I have worked with for several years as they enter an exciting phase of growth. Market Access Managing Director is a brand new position and this person will work closely with the CEO to grow the company’s client base, service offering and team in the coming years. This will be a challenging and exciting position which requires energy, enthusiasm and a genuine desire to ‘build something’ but there is a solid business structure, a competent team and an established client base to start from, so the foundations are strong.

• Key responsibilities will include:

Setting and implementing a successful commercial strategy for Market Access services, creating new service lines, building on existing client relationships and driving new business, leading proposal development, managing / mentoring a small international team staff and recruiting new team members to enable continued growth. The Managing Director will also attend Board meetings and support the CEO in implementing wider Group strategy.

• The successful candidate will be;

An experienced Market Access professional with extensive international pharma / lifesciences industry knowledge and a proven track record of strong leadership and project/client management within the consulting sector. Previous line management experience is also essential as leading and growing the team will be a key priority for the position.
