Director of Market Access & Reimbursement (Medical Devices)

• Location: Home based within the UK, Netherlands or Germany preferred. Other EU locations may be possible
• Company: Global Medical Device manufacturer
• Responsibilities: Market Access & Reimbursement strategy for international markets – supporting local teams with tender and reimbursement submission processes. Line Management of 1 person and working collaboratively with Pricing, HEOR and Access colleagues at Global level
• Experience required: International (European / Global) Market Access and Reimbursement experience with Medical Devices products is essential for this position and applicants must have worked either for a device manufacturer or for a Consultancy company focusing on Market Access / Reimbursement for Devices products.

Due to continued growth within the company, a new position has been created to lead Market Access and Reimbursement strategy for the company’s innovative portfolio of devices within a specialist disease area. Reporting to the Global Senior Director and with 1 direct report, the Director of Market Access and Reimbursement will work closely with in country teams to provide strategic guidance and payer / HTA expertise to deliver successful submissions, tenders and to optimise Market Access and Pricing / Reimbursement for the company’s products. Previous engagement with payers / KOLs in international markets and a detailed understanding of device reimbursement is essential for this position.
