Regional Market Access Manager (Midlands UK)

  • Regional position covering the Midlands, UK

This is a new role within a major pharma company with a very strong portfolio and an exciting pipeline of products in development.

Working as part of the national Market Access team, the Regional Health Outcomes Manager will be responsible for securing optimal access for the company’s products in the Midlands region.

A key focus will be in developing successful relationships with key decision makers, payers and other relevant stakeholders throughout the region and this role offer the chance to work across all of the company’s brands including exposure to pre-launch work with pipeline products as well as in-market, established brands.

National Patient Access Manager

This is a new position within the UK & Ireland unit of a major global pharma company with a strong pipeline of specialist products at various stages of development. 

The Patient Access Manager will be responsible for developing and leading Market Access strategies for speciality pharma products; including leading successful HTA submissions, developing an effective advisory network including relevant industry groups, patient networks and KOLs and securing optimal reimbursement for new products.

Applicants must have an excellent understanding of NHS funding processes including tendering, HTA and patient access within the UK (and preferably Ireland) as well as a good understanding of Health Economics and proven project management, stakeholder communication and organisational skills. In addition, some experience within Public / Government Affairs and Policy would be a distinct advantage as there will be increasing opportunities to work in this area as part of the role.

Market Access Consultant / Associate Director / Director

Senior Health Economist

  • International Health Economics research & HTA projects

This is a new and exciting Health Economics position within a well-established HEOR consultancy which has an enviable team environment and work-life balance which stands-out amongst the Consulting sector. Market Access & Value Communications Senior Consultant

Market Access Senior Consultant

HTA Project Manager

Health Outcomes Consultant / Manager

  • Location: London (some remote working is possible)
  • Experienced Systematic Reviewer required
  • People / Project Management experience preferred (not essential)
  • Academic Research, Consulting or Pharma / Biotech experience welcomed

The company is a very well-established (over 10 years) and stable HEOR Consultancy which employs circa 20 people and is based in excellent new offices in central London. There is flexibility in the seniority of the role and it can be titled as Consultant or Manager depending on the experience of the successful candidate.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Project Management of Systematic Review / evidence synthesis activities
  • Line management of a small team (for the Manager role)
  • Conducting / overseeing study analyses
  • Developing study reports, manuscripts and conference presentations
  • Leading / overseeing the generation of project proposals and managing client relationships

Applications are encouraged from candidates working in Consulting or Academia who have a postgraduate qualification in a relevant subject, demonstrable expertise in systematic review / evidence synthesis methodology and a good level of knowledge of HTA in the UK (and ideally Europe.)

Some knowledge of indirect treatment comparison and network meta-analysis methods and some line management experience would be advantageous but are not essential.

Health Economics / HEOR Lead

Statistician / Biostatistician

This is a brand-new position within a well-established Health Economics Consultancy business located in Ireland which partners with numerous Pharma and Biotech companies to support HTA submissions and Market Access strategy.

The successful Statistician / Biostatistician candidate will be involved in a range of Health Economics projects including:

  • Providing statistical input to health economics studies
  • Developing economic models (using Excel, VBA and R)
  • Supporting model adaptations to Markov and Partitioned survival models
  • Analysis of various scientific and economic data for use in reports / regulatory submissions

Previous experience of statistical analysis within Health Economics Consultancy, Pharmaceuticals, Banking or Financial services, Clinical Research / CRO is essential and applicants should have an MSc or PhD in Applied Mathematics, Biostatistics or Statistics or a similar subject. (Experience within Bayesian Statistics and survival analysis methods is preferred but not essential)

Associate Director of HTA
