My client is a leading HEOR Consultancy company with a growing team of well-educated and high performing Health Economists working on international projects covering 5 main areas: Economic Modelling, HTA, Outcomes Research, Value Communication & Pricing & Reimbursement
The Manager position is a senior role within the business and offers an ambitious Consultant or Senior Analyst the opportunity to take on responsibility for: Project Management, Client interaction / managing client relationships & Managing or mentoring junior staff (if desired).
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator who has a genuine passion for the Health Economics / HEOR sector and who is eager to challenge themselves and progress. Projects will be varied but are likely to include; Developing / leading the development of Burden of disease / cost-effectiveness / budget impact models, Undertaking systematic reviews / meta-analysis / survival/statistical analyses, Creating value dossiers & UK / EU5 HTA submissions.

Applicants must have a BSc degree (min 2:1) in a numerical or analytical scientific discipline as well as an MSc/PhD in Health Economics, Medical Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Econometrics or similar. In addition, substantial experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint is vital and some experience of VBA, R, STATA, SAS, SPSS or other similar software is very important. Aside from the technical skills, strong project management and communication skills are key and previous people management / leadership experience is desired but not essential.
