Health Economics Advisory Contract

  • Part time or full time commitment is acceptable.
  • Short term (initial contract likely to be between 1-3 months) with potential for an ongoing retained advisory relationship.
  • Pharma company experience preferred but candidates with extensive HEOR Consulting experience who can demonstrate a detailed understanding of Pharma requirements / preferences within Health Economic studies are also welcomed to apply.

This is a very interesting contract, requiring an experienced Health Economist / HEOR Manager to work with a specialist health economic modelling organisation in the UK in an advisory capacity.

Ideally, the company would like to engage someone who has worked within a pharma company but most important is a detailed understanding of the ‘pharma perspective’ in HEOR – Someone who can advise this organisation on how to effectively position their highly technical health economic modelling offering.

You do not need to be a modeller per se, but the successful applicant will be someone who has a good understanding of various modelling techniques and the relative pros and cons of these approaches. Pricing / Reimbursement Contractor

  • 3-6 month contract
  • Up to £750 per day
  • Major global Pharma company

Pharma Pricing experience is essential and the contractor must have strong UK market knowledge. International (EU5) experience would be an advantage. Strong project management skills are also essential as this contract will entail leading multiple workflows within the business.

Working on both pipeline and in-market products across the company’s wide portfolio, this is an important role and is intended to set up and lead strong Pricing structures across the business.

Market Access Manager, Korea

This is a new position with an exciting global Medical Device manufacturer. The company is looking for an experienced Market Access / Reimbursement manager with experience in either the medical device or pharmaceutical industries and a detailed knowledge of the Korean market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop Market Access strategy in Korea.
  • Engage with politicians, patient advocacy groups and clinicians to assist Market Access planning
  • Perform landscape and horizon scanning analysis
  • Advise the company on regulatory / reimbursement requirements in Korea

Requirements:

  • The successful candidate will have a detailed understanding and experience in the Korean healthcare market including understanding of technology assessment, regulation / reimbursement of pharmaceuticals and/or medical devices. Applicants must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in both English and Korean and be willing to work independently but collaborate with global colleagues in Asia, Europe and America.

Freelance Reimbursement & Market Access Consultant

  • UK based (100% work from home)

  • NHS / UK Market expertise is essential
  • Part Time, ongoing projects

The company is a US based consultancy which undertakes a lot of European work and they mainly focus on Medical Device Reimbursement projects (with some pharma / biotech clients too.) The Owner is looking for 1-2 people based in the UK who can support them on a part time, project-by-project basis: The intention is for this to be an open-ended business relationship between the freelancers and the company with contracts set up for individual projects as they arise on a regular basis.

A detailed understanding of the UK market (and other major EU markets ideally) and NHS structure is essential and experience of working for a Devices manufacturer and/or the NHS would be ideal. Whilst the type of projects will vary, these will generally centre around Reimbursement / Access strategy planning, KOL research and value communications work.
