As an independent recruiter I have the freedom to work closely with companies and individuals in a more consultative way.
I am not governed by sales targets and KPI’s (such as how many CVs I send out per week or how many interviews I arrange) so my advice and searches are based on finding the best people and making the Recruitment process easier for my clients.
In addition, I also offer bespoke Market Intelligence, Competitor Analysis & Talent Attraction Consultancy services to help my clients understand how the market is changing, enabling them to differentiate themselves from the (increasing) competition and build the best HEOR / Market Access teams for the future.
My USP is my experience and reputation and I pride myself on offering a more personal and bespoke service than traditional recruitment agencies are able to.
